| Tourism Fee is applicable per night and is payed by guests directly upon check-out: |
| for 1 Bedroom - AED 20 |
| for 2 Bedroom - AED 40 |
| for Penthouse - AED 80 |
| RATES VALIDITY |
| Reservations of 10 (ten) or more rooms are considered a group booking. The contracted rates outlined above do not apply to group bookings. |
| Rates are only applicable for bookings with a maximum length of stay of 25 nights. |
| Penthouse rates for period 29.12.21 - 15.01.22 are on blackout. Rates and availablity will be on request only. |
| MEAL POLICY |
| During Eid Al Fitr (01.05.22-05.05.22) and Eid Al Adha (07.07.22-12.07.22) HB can be avail for Dinner only and FB meal plan is considered to be on HB plus EID Brunch supplement will be applicable. |
| NEW YEAR POLICY |
| New Year Gala Dinner at Kenza Indoor Restaurant is compulsory on 31.12.2021. |
| Half Board booking on 31st December 2021 can be availed for Lunch only. Full board booking on 31st December 2021 is considered to be on HB supplement plus Gala dinner supplement. |
| Minimum stay is 4 nights during 29.12.2021-01.01.2022. |
| No check-in is allowed on 31st Dec 2021. |
| No departures allowed on 31st December 2021 and 01st of January 2022. |

| One baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis per room/apartment, upon request and subject to availability basis. |

| Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to room availability basis. Late Check-out between 12:00 to 18:00; is subject to 50% discounted rates on Best Available Rate (BAR). |
| Check-out after 18:00: 100% of the night room rate will apply. |
